Step 2: Preparation

Draining the Pool

Surface cleaning and repair

Once the pool is empty, our experts will prepare the surface ready for the bonding agent to be applied. Pool Shell Preparation

This involves sandblasting or grinding the existing surface to create a rough texture, which promotes strong bonding between the old and new surfaces. Tiling

Checking readiness for tiling

Before tiling, our team will check that your pool shell is properly square and ready for tiling. Any adjustments needed are applied at this stage using render or bedding.

Cutting and laying tiles

Our expert tilers will then proceed to cut and lay your new pool tiled surface, creating a stunning new look and durable finish in the style you have chosen

Grouting and cleaning

After the tiles are set, we then return and apply grouting between the tiles for a smooth and durable finish. Depending on your colour and style of tile, we can apply various coloured grouts for a different look.
